The Grove Richland

It's pretty quiet, which is nice when you are sleeping or studying. Everything is kept clean, and the apartments have all been recently renovated, making the colors and finishes pretty up-to-date. There is a park nearby and sidewalks so you can get your exercise in pretty easily. There are three different fitness centers and three pools, so finding that method of exercise is fairly easy. There is usually plenty of parking, so finding a spot isn't a problem. The community is gated and each of the doors have two deadbolt locks, so I have felt pretty secure while living here.

It's surrounded by trees, though, so we have had a bit of a problem with bugs (though they will put you on a list for pest control to be done each month). We have had several maintenance issues, but the staff they have on hand here have been very responsive in getting each problem fixed. However, we do believe the rent is a little high for us to have been having the issues we've been seeing.

Overall, this is a very nice apartment complex, and I have enjoyed living here thus far!

The Grove is a great place to live! There are lots of different floor plans, a bunch of amenities, and everyone is so nice! It's 8 min away from Belmont and super close to everything fun in Nashville! There's a nice park that's walking distance away. It's a gate community and super safe! Pet friendly, and lots of age groups here, mostly college age and young professionals. The complex has 4 pools and great workout spaces, and a business center. There are lots of events within our community and we have food truck thursdays!

We have been living in the same apartment for 5 years and love the place. Any time we have an issue the management team comes within 2 hours

Close to campus, not super expensive if you get roommates, safe gated property, and all renovated with nice amenities.

6 minutes drive, 12minutes bike ride to Vanderbilt Campus. Great neighborhood, safe apartment complex, multiples gyms and pools available. Highly recommend!
