Love my place!

Love living here. Very quiet. You can only barely hear the trains despite being close to the train station. Very conveniently located. Heated garage is amazing and amenities are great.

Great apartment, very convenient

Very close to campus as well as the grocery store and restaurants in downtown FP / Oak Park. Only downside is that since it is right next to the Blue Line you can hear trains all night and they are pretty loud.

Grove Residences Apartments

A wonderful, quiet community of neighbors in a great location right by the blue line and just 10 minutes from Loyola University Medical Center. Amenities include a gym and community gathering room, safe heated garage parking, guest parking spots. Short walking distance to downtown Forest Park with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

Forest Park is a great place for anyone who wants a quiet, melancholy place to live. It's very suburban but is centrally located, with plenty of dining and shopping options right nearby. Forest Park also has plentiful access to public transportation options for those who need them (particularly the Green and Blue lines).

Close to school! There are a few good restaurants and bars. Not very far from downtown when you want to go.

We love being in the Forest Park suburb. The L makes it out that way but still have a smaller town feel. It’s nice for family and children as well.

Forest Park is an okay neighborhood. Feel safe most of the time. Some bars and restaurants and nice downtown. Easy access to blue line. Has less going on than Oak Park.

Chill semi-urban town with a nice main street. It's mostly residential with families and is easily walkable depending on your location.
