Great value for non-luxury apartment
This place definitely doesn't have the fanciest or newest fixtures, furniture, or appliances, but it's clean and the landlord responds quickly to requests. Other residents are mostly undergrads in the marching band. Smack dab between Ross and the bus/stadium! Best part is FREE HEAT that works great, free parking, no fee for pets. Not the quietest building. Depending on what part of the building you're in, you may hear the band practice or occasional undergrad partying.
