Great location, but the area can be really young (as in many recent college grads and lots of people that like to go out). The neighborhood is not great for parking, especially if you can't get a spot at a garage.

The building is pretty nice, the neighborhood is nice too.

I've lived in a lot of locations here in Baltimore. But being downtown in the middle of everything is definitely convenient. Right near the light rail, and a walk to just about any entertainment. The apartment itself is spacious and amazing. If it weren't for the fact that I want to one day own my home, and it weren't so expensive, i'd be comfortable staying here as long as necessary.

1111 Light is a convenient, and impeccably safe place to live in Federal Hill. After relocating from NYC to Baltimore for work and being unfamiliar with the area, I was looking for somewhere secure. The building includes a huge parking garage located underground and the roof top views on top of the building are an awesome asset when entertaining. 1111 is located smack dab in the middle of Federal Hill, and a stones throw away from all of the best restaurants and bars- not to mention M&T Bank and Camden Yards. I would recommend 1111 to anyone looking for a building with a helpful staff, great amenities and a new, clean and easily accessible place to live!

Safe, fun, quality apartments that are a bit pricey but worth it for the location. 1111 Light street is close to all that Federal Hill has to offer, including bars, restaurants, gyms, shopping, and more. It is also a quick walk to the stadiums. Go Ravens and O's!

Great apartment with large closets, bathroom and extremely close to Federal Hill restaurants/bars. Dry cleaning service picks up and drops off at the apartment complex. Gym is not large however it has everything I need (treadmill, weighted, elliptical, bike).

I always feel safe in my apartment. My car is secure, my mail/packages are safe, and the security guard is an added bonus. Being in the heart of Federal Hill has been amazing and it's literally steps to dozens of bars.

Federal Hill has proven to be an amazing place to live. Yes, it is incredibly social, so if you are looking for that, Fed is definitely where you want to live. However, it is also quiet, extremely walkable, and both pet and family friendly. I feel safe walking through my neighborhood anytime of day or night. There are tons of restaurants, stores, and other things like drycleaners and nail salons right nearby, and I am convinced there is no better place to be during a Ravens or Orioles game than Fed. The neighborhood tailgates, bars and restaurants get lively and fun, and everyone you see is wearing purple or orange. My apartment is small, but has completely new appliances and enough room for my roommate and I. The building has a parking garage, which makes life much easier. I have had an absolutely great experience.

Federal Hill is a great place to live! There are tons of bars and restaurants nearby and you have easy access to public transit. The apartment is also in close walking distance to the Ravens and the Orioles.
